Drafts Person

Qualification:

• Min. Certificate in Architecture/Mechanical Drafting/Auto-Cad or equivalent
• OR
• Min. 2 Years working experience in engineering/manufacturing field
• Able to draw and design palm oil plant in 2D, 3D & isometric drawings

Job Description:

• Reports to Design Manager / HOD
• Assist in preparation of tender drawing for turnkey projects
• Assist in preparation and amendments on working drawings
• To take measurement at site, if required
• Re-generate drawings from hardcopy to Auto-Cad format
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Design Manager / HOD

Project Engineer

Qualification:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• OR
• Min. 2 years working experience in palm oil industry or other processing plant
• Experience with Project Management and civil works will be added advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent problem solving skill
• Willing to travel and relocate to overseas

Job Descriptions:

• Reports to Project Leader/designated Project Manager.
• Assist in overall projects management from initial start to final hand over
• Assist for all technical, financial, safety and contractual activities at site
• Assist on timely completion and co-ordination of the project
• Preparing of material take off of project / bill of quantities; site workers requirement, food, lodging and transportation.
• Managing the delivery of materials, tools and equipment to project site as per scheduled and also the mobilization/demobilization of workers.
• Managing and supervision Sub-contractors' works involving fabrication quality, testing and installation at the site.
• Responsible and reporting schedule of works at site, progress report for claims and certification of works by client/consultant; on monthly basis or as when requested.
• Managing relationship with Clients, Consultants and other related Government Departments
• Coordination with sub-contractors; evaluation and certification of progress payment claims by sub-contractors at site based on work progress
• Managing and organize all matters during work at site involving clients, workers and others
• Provides feedbacks, training and advices for improvement regarding the operational, maintenance and technical on our products/services.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Leader/designated Project Manager

Accountant

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. A Master's degree or professional qualifications with ACCA/MIA.
• OR
• Min. 5 years relevant experience in auditing environment; construction industry and familiar with statutory requirement.

Job Description:

• Report to General Manager
• Maintain and update Group accounting records and files
• Analyze budgets, costing and create expenses reports
• Examine tax policies and handle tax payments and returns
• Meet with clients to discuss confidential accounting issues
• Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses)
• Reconcile bank statements
• Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct month-end and year-end closures
• Prepare documents for audits
• Reviewing cost allocation assumptions and rates
• Preparing financial statements
• Liaise with lawyers on all legal matters
• Assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
• Any others duties assigned by General Manager
